METHOD
  1. Collect patent and software-registration records
  2. Normalize identifiers and classifications
  3. Organize filings through the IPC hierarchy
  4. Resolve applicants where possible
  5. Expose corpus and neighborhood views
  6. Link filings back to primary or recognized patent sources
