Supplier network analysis of Recife municipal contracts (open-data portal) flags concentrated supplier clusters

Recife publishes ~7,900 municipal contracts (plus 13,390 amendments and 2,235 apostilamentos) on its CKAN portal. An internal AeonBridge bipartite supplier–agency network over this data flags where procurement depends on few suppliers. Concentration is a risk indicator, not a finding of wrongdoing. The analysis itself is not yet publicly released.
