The Brazilian patent and software-registration record, read as a landscape. Filings are grouped by IPC section, class and subclass, and the view moves between a treemap of the whole corpus and the force graph of a single technology neighbourhood.

What it shows

What a national intellectual-property register looks like once it is structured: which technology areas Brazil files in, who files there, how the classification tree distributes the corpus, and where the density of a subclass marks a real technological concentration rather than a naming artefact.

How to use it

The view opens on patents at subclass level. Switch the base between patents and software registrations, change the level of the hierarchy, click a cell to open its neighbourhood, and select a filing to read its abstract and open it at INPI, Espacenet or Google Patents.
